Physiotherapy

What is physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy can help you get the most out of life. We use education, experience and clinical reasoning skills to facilitate recovery from injury, reduce pain and stiffness, increase mobility and prevent further injury. At Clinic 1 Physiotherapy we will listen to your needs to provide a treatment plan specific to you as a person and your condition. As first contact practitioners, you don’t even need a doctor’s referral to see us.

What do we treat?

Physiotherapists are trained to assess your condition/problem, provide a diagnosis, and help you understand what’s occurred and how to improve it. Your treatment plan will take into account your lifestyle, activities and general health among other factors.
